Jenny Blair is the Director of US Partnerships at PATH. She leads strategy, engagement, and relationship development with the US government and most of PATH’s important US-based partners.
Prior to assuming this position, Jenny led PATH’s US and Global Policy Team. In this role, she brought the latest PATH technical expertise and evidence to influence policy and secure commitments from Congress, the White House, and federal agencies, among others. She managed key relationships with public institutions, private-sector partners, donors, advocacy influencers, and coalitions. Her advocacy and leadership on behalf of PATH have led to the development and passage of US legislation and influenced policy and funding around the world at the national, regional, and global levels.
Before joining PATH in 2013, Jenny worked on health policy for the US House of Representatives, as well as with the International Justice Mission to advance human rights and strengthen justice systems in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Jenny is passionate about bringing people together and forging relationships to improve health outcomes around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
